Employees Raise Workplace Concerns and Request Dialogue with Management

Employees recently met to discuss workplace concerns that are affecting morale, productivity, and overall working conditions. During the discussion, workers identified several issues they believe need attention from management in order to help create a more fair, respectful, and productive workplace.
The concerns raised include wages not keeping up with inflation and the rising cost of living, inconsistent write-ups and disciplinary actions, workplace injuries and workers’ compensation procedures, and the need for greater transparency regarding terminations, job expectations, production rates, and performance standards.
Employees also expressed concerns about being treated with respect by management, managers having too much authority without sufficient accountability, part-time employees feeling treated differently because of white badge identification, and the need for a fair and consistent station rotation process.
Another major concern raised was restroom use. Employees reported concerns about being monitored during bathroom breaks and receiving write-ups related to restroom use.
Employees are respectfully asking management to review these concerns, improve communication and transparency, and work directly with employees to identify fair and practical solutions. Workers believe that addressing these issues will help strengthen trust, improve morale, and support a safer and more productive workplace for everyone.
